The Savvy Old Lady is writing a book.  Yes, a full length, honest to goodness book.  From time to time excerpts will be published on the site.  I suppose the title tells it all.  The Golden Years are not as most of us expected them to be.  They are often filled with unexpected and often times challenging situations and circumstances .  Our conversations now include terms such as retirement, pensions and the ever tarnished Golden Years. In this book I take a humorist's perspective on The Golden Years as my Hubby, The Crabby Old Guy and I are experiencing them first hand.
